Daikin provides solutions for heating and cooling. Their European headquarters are located in Ostend, Belgium. The visitor centre got an upgrade and is now arranged as an interactive showroom. CREATE.eu provided them with interactive installations such as touch tables and video walls. In addition, we developed an iPod application that serves as a mobile guide: visitors can scan QR codes for additional information about the displayed solutions. Afterwards, based on their visit, the application sends them a customized e-mail with information that interests them.
